- Logs for troubleshooting.
- Selected AI models and related settings.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used for:
- Operating LAVO’s automation features (Word, Excel, VSCode, etc.).
- Generating history and summaries for context continuity.
- Improving system stability and AI response quality.
- Synchronizing data when you log in on different devices.

3. Data Storage
LAVO stores data in two places:
On Your Device (Local Storage)
Used for:
- Temporary summaries
- Local context cache
- Backup files (.bak) before code revisions
On LAVO Servers
Used for:
- Synced chat history
- Final summaries
- Titles of conversations
- API configuration and model settings
We take reasonable steps to protect your data, but no digital system can guarantee 100% security.
4. User Rights
You have the right to:
- Delete your chat history
- Remove specific conversations
- Start new conversations
- Disable history (if the feature is available)
- Request deletion of your account data
All changes are synced to the server as part of the normal operation of the app.
5. Admin Access
Administrators cannot view user chat content or summaries. Admin access is limited to:
- Server status
- System logs
- API and model configuration
This is enforced by database separation and data isolation mechanisms.
6. Third-Party AI Providers
LAVO uses external AI APIs (such as OpenAI, Google Gemini, DeepSeek, etc.). This means:
- Some user text may be sent to these providers for processing.
- LAVO does not control how these providers manage data.
We select reputable providers that follow industry-standard privacy and compliance practices.
